The machine structure is made from M.S. with well painted body and fully covered by S.S sheet.

It has an Inlet 3/4" connection with valve and other accessories and a manual bottle loading on conveyor. The machine also has a pneumatic cylinder base stopper to hold the bottle while filling.

The unit consists of S.S. Slat conveyor, filling nozzle with self-centering device, S.S. Geared pumps, “No Container Machine Stops” System. The containers are received on S.S. Slat conveyor by manual, moves below the nozzles that correct the center of bottle neck to avoid spillage of liquid on bottle.

When the bottle is placed under the m/c. the filling starts automatically and stops automatically after getting adjusted volume.

Filling nozzles height can be adjusted by single wheel setting and center distance between two nozzles adjusted by easy slide and lock system. It has 100Ltr.S.S storage tank with cover and ball valve with inlet “T” connection, conical bottom with drain and eight outlet nozzles. (All Pipes and fitting are in S.S Material).
