Our Dal mill adds value to the product and
saves cost of transportation. It also helps as an additional income provider
through sale of seed coats as cattle feed. The mill is easy to operate and has
low maintenance costs. Its motor is provided with a pulley and is mounted at the
bottom of the stand with V-belt to drive it. The motor requirement is of 2 HP
single / three phases.
The entire process goes through the following
stages:
- Cleaning and grading
- Pitting
- Pretreatment with Oil
- Conditioning
- De-husking and Splitting
- Polishing
